Memories of the scratchings we once tasted are not good enough for HBS. Even though we have tasted loads of different varieties, these were eaten before the site was built. So starting from scratch(ings), now that we have gone to all the effort of building a bloody website, we are reviewing scratchings as they come along.

There's not a lot you can say about pig skin & fat fried then salted, but we shall give it a go.

If you would like to write a review of your own, about a pack already reviewed or not, let us know, we'd love to include it.
