PORK SCRATCHING REVIEWS
Memories of the scratchings we once tasted are not good enough to base an entire review on. Even though we have tasted loads of different varieties, these were all eaten before the site was built. Now that we have gone to all the effort of building a bloody website, we are starting from scratch and are doing the reviews as they come along.
There's not a lot you can say about pig skin & fat, fried then salted, but we shall give it a go. All these wine connoisseurs seem to find infinite differences and subtleties in fermented grape juice, so why not scratchings?
