I look inside this rather heavy pack and am shocked. The pieces are not small and weedy, or long and thick like we often see, but these are huge in both directions. They look like a pork crunch piece, but in scratching form.
The smell is a little fatty but not fishy or plain. Surprisingly they feel a little damp.
A full range of colours from golden to dark, no anaemic ones.
Quite a beefy flavour which is a pleasant change from the norm, A bit 'OXO'ey.
A few small bits at the bottom, no dust, a perfect amount of salt for this size of bag. The best Whit Products bag yet.
